Or at least this guy thought it could be…
AP has a story about a guy in NY state who owes the water company over $2K and tried to write them a check … on floral TP.
The dispute started two years ago when he says he was over billed and now the fees have added up.
I get protesting but, um dude, seriously. Did you really think that would work?
